SUSPICIOUS OF CHARITIES

“Add to that many Americans are also suspicious of charitable organizations. A
poll from The Chronicle of Philanthropy found while )almost two-thirds of
Americans have a great deal or a fair amount of confidence in charities, about one in three
said charities do a ‘not too goodor not at all goodjob spending money wisely. And
about four out of 10 said their leaders are paid too much, the poll said.”
