‘SO FEW HAVE SO MUCH’

[In the October 13, 2015, Democratic candidates’ debate,] I heard the [journalist] Anderson Cooper ask [Bernie Sanders] the senator from Vermont in an incredulous tone of voice, ‘You don’t consider yourself a capitalist?’ The senator from Vermont took the question seriously and wondered aloud:

“ ‘Do I consider myself part of the casino capitalist process by which so few have so much and so many have so little by which Wall Street’s greed and recklessness wrecked this economy? No, I don’t.’”
